Ingredients:

2 Lbs. Pork Loin Roast

1/4 Cup Brown Sugar

1 Tbsp Salt

1/2 Tbsp Black Pepper

1 Tbsp Paprika

1 Tbsp Garlic Powder

1 Tbsp Paprika

1 Tbsp Chilli Powder 

2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1 Tbsp Liquid Smoke

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.

Place pork loin roast into a deep baking pan.

Rub seasonings onto each side of pork, distributing evenly. Allow sitting for 10 minutes. 

Add apple cider vinegar and liquid smoke and rub onto each side of pork loin.

Cover pan with foil and roast for 4-5 hours. After roasting, shred pork loin as desired with two forks.
